Mad River Youth Soccer League (MRYSL) needs your help now more than ever. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing the best recreational, developmental, and leadership soccer opportunities in the area. Since 2003, we have served over 1,000 youth each year in ages 4 to 17 for 10 weeks of Recreational Soccer throughout Northern Humboldt County, and MRYSL is made up of almost all volunteers (mainly coaches and their assistants) who work hard to support all levels of youth soccer. We also provide valuable work experience for Humboldt’s adolescent youth in our referee program which teaches leadership skills. But we can’t do it without you! Financial contributions from you – outstanding community members and business owners– are the reason we have been able to provide excellent soccer opportunities for local youth athletes. With your help this year, we can continue to provide our quality soccer programs that emphasize fun, fair play, team-building, character-building, and promote self-esteem.

Your financial support is very important to our league.
It is used to provide:
● Financial assistance (scholarships) to those in need
● Age-appropriate technical training
● Clinics for coaches, many of whom are parent volunteers
● Equipment for teams, including balls, cones, flags, and nets
● Field rentals and maintenance
● Paid referees (leadership development)
MRYSL seeks to provide a financial sponsor for every recreational team every year. Please complete the sponsorship form on the next page to indicate your level of support and return the form & payment by check to us before June 15, 2026, for easiest processing.
