The goal of this competition is to uplift our community, to support our economy. Every contribution, every dollar, every voice, every idea is a direct investment in local talent and long-term economic resilience.
The competition will kick off with a series of networking and workshopping events this fall, starting on September 26th. Final pitches will be due in December, and the competition will begin in earnest in early 2026, with a winner revealed in April.
The real competition will begin in 2026. All accepted competitors will go through a series of university-level educational courses that are currently being designed by our College of the Redwoods and Cal Poly Humboldt business professors who are involved in our competition.
