Summary of Position: Under the direction of the Casino CFO, plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance while preserving the confidentiality of all personnel records and company information.

  • Detail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related subject preferred or substitute Equivalent Experience.

Experience: 5 years progressively responsible Human Resources experience including familiarity with Federal and State Labor Law, benefits administration, compensation analyses, timekeeping procedures and software, Human Resource Policy Implementation and Administration and Employee Handbooks, progressive discipline concepts and record keeping, training and coaching experience.
